main obligations

Signing of the franchising agreement leads to the creation of a series of obligations for all parties in the system.

The Franchisor is obliged:

  1. To grant the franchisee the right to use and operate the franchising package
  2. To integrate the franchisee into the system by providing the necessary technical and organisational infrastructure and the relevant training.
  3. To constantly support the franchisee while the agreement is in effect. Support includes, inter alia, ongoing advice on organisational, technical, financial and other issues and system product advertising.

The Franchisee is obliged:

  1. To pay the entry fee for assignment of the right to use and operate the know-how and industrial property rights.
  2. To periodically pay the franchisor a set percentage of receipts following the deduction of VAT.
  3. To actively promote sales by making a personal contribution and using other means at his disposal.
  4. To follow the organisational principles of the system and in particular to respect the principle of uniformity according to which the distinguishing marks and image of the system in general are uniform regardless of the location or market in which they are sold.
